Client Relations Executive / Business Development Executive
Clients based : Corporate, MNC, Large sizes based, SME, Enterprise & etc
Basic : RM3200 + Allowance : RM100
incentive up to RM10，000 and above
Hunter - create and open a new account or Farmer - taking care existing client)
Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

Job Description
- Develop long term mutually beneficial relationship with all the customers.
- Monitor customers’ usage and provide timely accurate information of the progress of the accounts.
- Grow the accounts, identify potential customers’ needs and increase the existing revenue by the customers.
- After-sales support through client servicing and training, complaints and problem solving.
- Conduct training to clients, including on-site training and in-house training.
- Works closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction, making sure client’s needs are being met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Analyse client concerns, timely follow up with the customer issues, and escalate issues to appropriate teams and handling service problems to the satisfaction of the client.
- Help to manage team projects, review company protocols, and assist company in client acquisition.
- Ensure end-to-end management of the client lifecycle from on-boarding to client relationship management to retention and damage control
Requirement:
- Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status
- SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree holder with at least one (1) year working experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Disciplined, possess a positive attitude, ability to multitask, with an outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills are needed, as are the ability to handle multiple tasks and think analytically.
- Strong attention to detail is also needed to ensure that clients obtain their desired results.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Bahasa and Bahasa Mandarin.
- Possess a valid driving license.
