As a Client Servicing Agent at Flipster
You will be responsible for answering trading platform and cryptocurrency exchange-related enquiries, account registration and account management-related enquiries, promotion and event enquiries, troubleshooting platform issues, and managing escalation and follow-up of user enquiries.Â
Responsibilities
- Handling user enquiries, including:
- Account registration and account management
- KYC-related enquiries
- Promotion and Event-related enquiries
- Wallet and asset-related enquiries
- Managing escalation and follow-up of user enquiries with internal stakeholders
- Manage enquiries on trading platform usage from a technical perspective
- Community management and providing support across multiple channels
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
- Prior experience working in a cryptocurrency exchange
- Experience with Zendesk, Slack and Sumsub
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well with a team in a 24/7 trading environment
- Experience with financial trading, preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing enquiries from clients, investigating disputes and bug reporting
Preferred
- Keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies
- Community management or support experience
- Experience working at a high-growth startup/tech company
