Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for being part of the success in building brands in the media/advertising industry? We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. You will play a key role in maintaining and growing client relationships, coordinating projects, and delivering outstanding service. Additionally, you will receive mentorship to develop the necessary skill sets while being remunerated accordingly.

Job Responsibilities

Business Development

● Identify and generate new prospect leads to achieve sales and business growth targets.

● Expand existing clients’ campaign opportunities and oversee new market initiatives.

● Prepare presentations, media sales kits, customized proposals, and quotations aligned with clients’ needs.

● Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and establish rapport with new clients.

● Keep clients informed about new developments in our products and services.

● Oversee and execute clients’ campaigns from end-to-end within timelines and budgets.

General

● Accountable for day-to-day execution and project management, ensuring client expectations are met.

● Conduct periodic site visits to understand market landscapes and facilitate better campaign planning.

● Prepare necessary documents and liaise with vendors for campaign confirmation and payment processes.

● Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Job Requirements

Requirements

● Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Mass Communications or related field.

● Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/business development/client servicing within the advertising industry (ATL & BTL works preferred).

● Possess own transport and willing to travel.

● Resourceful, self-motivated, mature, and confident with excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

● Strong presentation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.

● Proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

● Fresh graduates with relevant internships or experience are encouraged to apply.
