Qualifications & experience

• Proven working experience as a customer service representative or position with similar scope
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
• Language requirement: English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia

Tasks & responsibilities

• Ability to optimize and improve client experience and resolve any difficulty or issue faced by the client
• Possess strong work ethics, dependable and positive attitude
• Providing help and advice to client using our services
• Optimize client's experience, create engaged client and facilitate organic growth
• Take ownership of client’s issue and follow problems through to resolution
• Keep accurate records and documents customer service action and discussion
• Excellent communicator, ability to simplify matters
• Take ownership to grow existing database
• Bridge between the company and customer across all platforms and channels
• Keep in touch of Industry’s development and apply best practices to areas of improvement
