Clinic Manager - Growth-Minded Organization

Main Requirements:

• Open to Malaysian citizen only
• At least 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry
• Familiarity with aesthetic treatments and techniques preferred
• Strong leadership and organization.
• Proficiency in software and terminology.
• Language Competency: English, B.Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese will be an advantage)

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership

• Manage day to day clinic operations, staff scheduling, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and regulations.
• Optimize clinic efficiency and service quality.

 2. Patient Experience

• Maintain patient-centric care and satisfaction.
• Address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Enhance patient experience and engagement.

3. Team Management

• Leading the team and supervise a team of clinic consultants, therapists/beauticians, staff nurse.
• Foster teamwork and growth-oriented culture.
• Provide quarterly employee reviews and gather employee’s feedback.

4. Inventory and Supplies

• Manage medical supply inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers.

5. Facility Maintenance

• Oversee facility cleanliness and safety.
• Address maintenance issues.

6. Business Acumen

• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Identify products/treatment for promotions.
• Assist in expanding patient base.

Assist in any additional ad hoc tasks assigned by the Company.
