Clinical - Senior Specialist - Application

• Provide scientific and technical support in pre & post sales activity
  
• Plan and execute education programs for a range of medical
  product (CME, User Training, Workshop, Demonstration & Evaluation)
  
• Develop relevant training materials & syllabus
  
• Raise competency of customer in using our product to ensure
  quality result is met
  
• Improve customer satisfaction by providing efficient response
  and effective solutions
  
• Provide advice & guidance to improve operational performance
  
• Involve in troubleshooting & issue resolving
  
• Provide back -up support during major breakdown
  
• ISO documentation & reports
  
• On -job training will be provided
  

Requirements

• 2 -3 years working in Medical Lab or Application Support
  
• Degree in Biomedical Sciences/ Biochemisty/ Biotech or
  relevant field
  
• Good communication, presentation/ teaching skills
  
• Problem solver, team -player, resourceful, self -motivated,
  task -oriented & strives for excellence
  
• Strong passion for healthcare technology & medicine
  
• Fluent in English & Bahasa
  
• Posses own transport and willing to travel (Nationwide when necessary)
  
• Full time role based in KL
