Minimum qualifications:
- Atleast five years of IT-related sales or business development experience in infrastructure, cloud, software etc (5 years preferred)
- Account management experience
- Preferred if able to build business case by understanding customer business requirements
- Preferred if able to capture business requirement and converting this into a technical requirement
- Experience with commercial and legal discussions working with procurement, legal, and business teams.
- Experience working on implementation projects, including with software, application, and cloud vendors.
- Ability to work with sales engineers and customer technical leads to build business case.
- Experienced in selling to Medium Enterprise (100-500 employees) level at the very least
- Preferred multi-lingual (malay/english/mandarin/cantonese)
- Open doors to new business opportunities by establishing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers by showing value
- influence long-term strategic direction and serve as a business partner to help Nimbus grow into organization.
- Analyse and understand the technology footprint, strategic growth plans, business growths, and technology strategy of assigned accounts.
- Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, work collaboratively with client key stakeholders to optimize business results, and create opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
- Manage multiple opportunities by leveraging cross-functional teams and serve as the primary customer contact for all new business/adoption-related activities.
- Forecast accurately and achieve quarterly goals in line with the goals assigned.
- Preparing & submitting quotations
- Update MD on weekly basis, with more in-depth update with upper management on quarterly basis.
- Carry a new business revenue target of RM1Mil
