Club General Manager - Rewarding Work

Summary: 

The Club General Manager has overall responsibility for effectively managing all facets of a particular gym location to include customer satisfaction, effective recruitment and selection, sales and membership solicitation, facility cleanliness while ensuring the club achieving projected sales goals and established goals.

Job Description:

• Consistently delivers a clean, crisp, friendly member and team member experience.
• Responsible and accountable for achieving all department monthly targets for the club in charge.
• Lead team to achieve total fitness experience for all members
• Manage all facets of the business including sales, personal training, gym operations, and group exercise.
•  Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service through personal actions and development of staff.
•  Facilitate and monitor company-wide initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field
• 3 or more years of experience in managerial role
• Experience in developing business strategy
• Superior leadership skills with focus on employee coaching and development
• Up to date knowledge of relevant industry trends
