Familiar with machining processes and has good knowledge of cutting tools and CNC programming.
Able to setup 3+1 & 4+1 axis CNC machine.
Training new staff on machine operation procedures.
Good communication skills work in a team .
Verify to confirm program meet the products meeting specification.
Establish WI for processes plan / machine Set-up.
Guide machinist on machine setup, operation as per the program generated.
Ensure the program and WI of the program is store and manage properly in the system.
Monitor and control material wastage.
To support the production floor on the urgency of the job.
To optimize the program path / method to increase the production productivity.
To ensure production safety & 5S is carry out and maintain.
Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
