CNC Specialist (Technician) - Start Immediately

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Operate, set up parts and producing parts as per drawing specification
• Interpret technical drawing and perform machining process.
• Responsible of all product issue and troubleshoot on non-conformance, and provide corrective actions and remedy.
• Report production activities & any abnormalities to Production Executive/ Manager.
• Maintain production output efficiency, work place's safety & 5S.
• Assist Moulding Specialist together with CMM Specialist on the repeat trials- Lab Test- Assembly Testing until performance of working chamber are at satisfactory level and approved to run by superior.
• Able to multitasking on daily job scope of Material Specialist/ CMM Specialist in the absent of both.
• Coordinate between Material/ CMM/ Maintenance to keep operation smooth.
• To achieve higher yield rate & efficiency through continuous improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): CNC, technical drawing interpretation, Milling, Lathe, machining process.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
