By joining this position, you will be responsible for conducting Alphakidz Edu workshops. Your primary role will be facilitating the workshop and ensuring that the outcomes of the workshop are accomplished. Besides, you are obligated to receive feedback from the conducted workshop and provide ideas on how the workshop can be improved. Sell workshop products.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consistently attend scheduled classes.
• Facilitate an outstanding participant experience by giving exemplary customer service.
• Greet and welcome participants.
• Effectively communicate with participants and Continuing Education Staff.
• Clean and straighten the classroom before and after each class.
• Answer questions and provide resources as appropriate to participants.
• Deliver course content and ensure that learning outcomes are met.
• Complete all required paperwork as requested by Continuing Education Staff.
• Perform other related work duties as assigned.

Part-Time/Full-Time Details:

1. Location: Alphakidz Edu, Eco Botanic 
2. Working Hours: 10 am to 6 pm (Shift mode, 6+ Hours per day shift, 1 Hour Break Time)
3. Allowance: Transportation per day RM5 + Lunch Meal RM5 per day *Have to commit minimum 4+ days a week for working day, Per day 6 hours, Weekends Shift Compulsory. 

Full Time: RM1800-RM2800 Monthly *22days per month 10am to 6pm + Full Allowance + Incentive + Bonus
