Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages. You will also engage with customers, providing friendly service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure the highest quality of coffee by properly grinding, tamping, and brewing coffee beans.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-related equipment efficiently and safely.
• Upsell additional products and promote loyalty programs to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, including espresso extraction and milk steaming.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
