Position Responsibilites

• Lark System Development and Maintenance: Design, implement, and maintain workflows, processes, and systems using Lark to enhance operational efficiency.
• Automation: Develop and maintain automation solutions in a no-code environment to optimize productivity and reduce manual processes.
• System Maintenance: Monitor, troubleshoot, and upgrade collaboration tools and systems to ensure their optimal performance and security.
• Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with various departments to tailor collaboration solutions to their needs and provide ongoing support.
• Tool Integration: Integrate various collaboration tools to ensure seamless communication and data flow across departments.
• Training and Documentation: Produce detailed documentation and user guides for new tools and systems; conduct training sessions to ensure effective use of technology.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate the functionality and efficiency of collaboration tools, making improvements based on user feedback and emerging technologies.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and implementing collaboration tools, with specific expertise in Lark.
• Solid understanding of no-code platforms and automation technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
