Penerangan Pekerjaan - Commercial Account Manager (Sunway Business Systems)

Since its inception in 1995, SBS provides consultancy and professional services — from planning through implementation and deployment, supported by our team of highly experienced consultants in the Financial Services, Manufacturing and Distribution sectors.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Consistently over achieve revenue targets and to grow the account in a sustainable manner.
  • Identify customer-specific transformational opportunities and create opportunities for Client offering focused solutions.
  • Manages client's IT and business satisfaction in the delivery of IT services and ensures profit objectives are met.
  • Identify new business opportunities and managing the sales cycle from start to finish, particularly in growing the existing business in the account.
  • Engage with principal, partners, suppliers, in the sales activities on IT products and services of the Company to ensure sales targets are achieved and to maintain good customer rapport.
  • To present, negotiate and prepare contracts & quotations
  • To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management

  • Challenger Sales Skills – able to engage and coach customer and internal stakeholders on what they need to do to fulfill their objectives.
  • Communication skills – able to provide clarity to all parties, including customer executives, internal cross functional teams and partners, aligning them towards the desired objective, strategy and plan.
  • Interpersonal and collaborative skills – able to collaborate with all stakeholders in an open symbiotic and respectful manner to keep them motivated, engaged and committed.
  • Account and Opportunity Plan Development and reporting – able to develop and maintain an account opportunity plan and execute upon it.

 

Requirements & Experience:

 

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Min 3 years experience in IT software Sales
  • Sales or sales related background with history and track record of achievement of Revenue Objectives.
  • Senior Executives specializing in IT Sales - with solid experience in servicing diverse industries. Candidates with Business Intelligence/Analytics sales experience will have a distinct advantage
  • Strong initiative & people networking skills.
  • Sales excellence : Using business acumen, adds business value to customer, manages the competition, presents, negotiates and closes well
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
