Job Description
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's project management and human resource consulting services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
2. Revenue Management:
- Set revenue targets and work towards achieving them through effective sales strategies.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, ensuring profitability for the company.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the executive team.
3. Project Management:
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery in collaboration with the consulting teams.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to budget and deadlines.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to drive efficiency and quality in service delivery.
4. Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with a focus on project deliverables and timelines.
- Ensure that project contracts align with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue optimization within projects.
- Collaborate with commercial head to ensure accurate project budgeting and financial tracking.
- Collaborate with the human resource consulting teams to understand client needs and integrate project management best practices.
- Facilitate effective communication between commercial and project teams.
7. Stakeholder Management:
- Manage relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Regularly communicate project status and address any client concerns or issues.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager with a strong background in project management, preferably within the human resource consulting industry.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to spot business opportunities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of achieving revenue and project delivery targets.
