Penerangan Pekerjaan - Commercial Program Manager

Job Description:

An NPI Lead/ Program Manager is responsible for leading, planning and overseeing NPI and PCN projects to ensure successful completion within schedule, within budget and fulfilling the required scope of work and quality.

 

Program Managers plan and identify project resources, prepare budgets and cost estimates, monitor project milestones and keep stakeholders informed and satisfied throughout the project.

 

Job Responsibility:

  • Take the charge of all NPI tasks before the program transfers to mass production.
  • Identify and articulate customer requirements, contractual agreements, SOW and develop full project plan accordingly in collaboration with functional leads.
  • Monitor and manage project activities, schedule and spending as per the project plan and lead cross-functional team (CFT) members to meet all critical NPI requirements, SOW and milestones.
  • Coordinates with the CFT the actions needed to achieve targets agreed with the customer (schedule, quality, cost, compliance, testing, materials, processes, etc.).
  • Identifies, documents and communicates project risks and contingency plans.
  • Facilitates project team meetings, cross functional communication and decision making, ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate problem solving and escalates critical issues that impacts the delivery commit of the program or that affects the P&L for the organization.
  • Partake in DfM/ DfA/ DfT activities and facilitate problem solving with customers and respective stakeholders.
  • Creates, maintains, organizes necessary documentation and records and is responsible for the quality and order of project deliverables, submissions and documentation.

 

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, leadership calibre, team player.
  • Time and project management skills to ensure multiple project priorities are achieved.
  • Ability to operate effectively both in a team environment and independently with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to resolve day-to-day issues and develop mitigation plans.
