Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a range of services including:

• Concept development

• Pre-leasing and sale marketing development
• Leasing and sale marketing
• Tenant fit-out coordination
• Social media communications
• Engagement with stakeholders and consultants

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize a strong market network to source reputable tenants and facilitate the sale of commercial units
• Conduct comprehensive development research to identify market opportunities and trends
• Develop innovative concepts for retail and commercial spaces
• Plan and optimize retail space layouts to maximize efficiency and profitability
• Coordinate pre-leasing marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and sale
• Execute leasing marketing campaigns to drive occupancy rates
• Coordinate tenant fit-out processes to ensure timely and quality completion
• Develop and implement marketing communications strategies including social media to promote the centre and its offerings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial real estate development, leasing and sale.
• Strong market network and proven ability to source tenants and facilitate property sales.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
