Collaborate across the Executive and Employee Communications team to help manage the execution and tracking of core programs and projects. Manage deadlines and activities to keep deliverables on track and escalate concerns. Triage requests to team and route appropriately. Ensure accurate targeting and compliance with internal communication standards. Perform content quality reviews and copy editing. Prepare metrics reports on projects for Corp Comm and business partners. Manage translation workflows for multilingual communcations. Manage video captioning and accessibility. Collaborate with vendors or internal teams for accurate transription and formatting. Ensure adherence to company communication policies and regional regulations. Maintain documentation for audit and quality-assurance purposes. Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field Strong proficiency in email distribution platforms and content management systems. Excellent copy-editing and proofreading skills. Familiarity with translation processes and video captioning tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
