Job Description:
(a) To assist on secretarial duties and administrative task.
(b) To prepare directors' and members' resolution.
(c) To prepare and ensure proper and timely filing of the statutory forms/
returns to the Companies Commission Of Malaysia (SSM) and other
authorities.
(d) To maintain and updating statutory records, register book and files in
compliance with the Companies Act, 2016.
(e) To liaise with clients and relevant authorities.
(f) To perform other ad-hoc clerical duties as and when required.
Requirements:
(a) Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Degree in Corporate Administration/ Management/partial or full qualification of ICSA equivalent
(b) Prefer 1-2 years experience, however, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply as on the jobs training will be provided.
(c) Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Secretarial software would be an added advantage.
(d) Good interpersonal and communication skills.
(e) Hardworking, responsible and willing to learn.
(f) Good written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills. Mandarin communication skill is an added advantage.
(g) Remuneration will be based on qualifications and relevant work experience.
