JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

To perform all the statutory duties of a Company Secretary as described in the Companies Act 2016.
To perform all the duties of a Company Secretary as described in the BNM Policy Document and Corporate Governance.
To perform the duty as secretary to all the Board’s committees namely Risk Management & Compliance Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee, Investment Committee and other committees set up by the Board in the future.
Attending all Board and Committees meeting and preparing minutes and resolutions of meetings.
Perform all submission and lodgement of statutory documents in Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia.
To undertake any responsibilities or tasks assigned by the Board from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS: :

Minimum 10 years of experience as Company Secretary.
Preferably with experience in Banking or Insurance Industry.
Certified by The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
