JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- To perform all the statutory duties of a Company Secretary as described in the Companies Act 2016.
- To perform all the duties of a Company Secretary as described in the BNM Policy Document and Corporate Governance.
- To perform the duty as secretary to all the Board’s committees namely Risk Management & Compliance Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee, Investment Committee and other committees set up by the Board in the future.
- Attending all Board and Committees meeting and preparing minutes and resolutions of meetings.
- Perform all submission and lodgement of statutory documents in Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia.
- To undertake any responsibilities or tasks assigned by the Board from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS: :
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Company Secretary.
- Preferably with experience in Banking or Insurance Industry.
- Certified by The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
