Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of clients
Ensuring that statutory records and registers are maintained and up to date
Liaising with clients, Companies Commission of Malaysia and all other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters
Provide good client service ensuring clients receive prompt responses to requests and queries
Support on ad hoc projects and compliance matters

Requirements:

CGI (ICSA) part or full qualification
Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant working experience in corporate secretarial field
Must be conversant with the Companies Act 2016, relevant statutory and regulatory requirements and to ensure all company secretarial matters are in compliance with the relevant acts, guidelines and requirements
Possess strong sense of responsibility, trustworthy, good in communication and ability to work under minimal supervision, render relevant company secretarial support to the company's clients and meet deadlines
