Job Description:
- Assist in providing corporate secretarial services to a portfolio of clients.
- Assist in ensuring prompt response and delivery of documents to clients.
- Assist in register and lodge documents to the registrar according to the deadline provided in the Company Act 2016
- Willing to travel to Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) to lodge forms and documents on an ad-hoc basis
- To perform other ad-hoc secretarial duties as and when required.
- Preparing of documents pertaining to statutory records (such as directors' and members' resolutions)
- Preparing Annual Returns and online submissions of statutory forms.
- Maintaining and updating of secretarial records.
- Filing of minutes of meeting and resolutions
Job Requirement:
- ICSA qualification (MAICSA Graduate), Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent academic background.
- Candidates without qualification but with relevant experience will also be considered.
- At least 1 year of working experience in corporate secretarial practice.
- Proficient in spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A Chinese speaker will be preferable as we need to communicate with clients in China.
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point application.
- Good knowledge of Companies Act 2016 and familiar with the regulatory and reporting requirements and guidelines.
- Meticulous, organised, with strong sense of responsibility, pro-active and self-initiative.
- Ability to prioritize work and able to work independently with minimum supervision to render relevant corporate secretarial support to the company’s clients and meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal communication skills and good working attitude to work well with people at all levels.
- Able to manage and handle portfolios of companies
