Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and documenting regulatory compliance within an organization.
- Assisting in conducting internal and external audits.
- Analyzing legal documents.
- Preparing reports that help in identifying any compliance issues.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of security measures.
- Conducting monthly physical inspections of security measures.
- Support sustainability initiatives by assisting with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain documentation and data manual recording as required for compliances, security and sustainability.
- Ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or WPS.
- Circumspection characteristic in physical and documentation.
- Experienced and Knowledge in field of Social Compliance, Sustainability of Environmental, Safety & Health, or Human Resource Management will be added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Mandarin speaking will be added advantage, which could communicate with HQ colleague from China.
- Able to work under pressure.
