Compliance Manager (Malaysia) - Get Hired Fast

1. Develop and implement Compliance Program globally

1. Develop compliance policies and procedures (e.g. personal data protection and competition compliance). Provide timely revision to policies periodically (e.g., annually or ad-hoc updates to law and regulations).
2. Closely monitor regulatory developments in all jurisdictions, conduct impact analysis (including actions required) and communicate to internal stakeholders.
3. Provide advisory for notice and consent, contract and intercompany agreement.
4. Manage ongoing regulatory fillings, ad-hoc regulatory requests or queries which includes liaising with regulators and internal stakeholders, coordinating responses internally, in particular to ensure consistent and appropriate representation of the business.
5. Conduct data mapping exercise (including data transfer for cross border), data protection/transfer impact assessment and provide recommendation on mitigation such as incorporating privacy by design principles.
6. Lead investigations on non-compliance incidents (data breaches, competitions).
7. Support business in ensuring compliance of new projects. 

• Support or lead projects e.g., Data Privacy program rollout.

1. Create Training and awareness. 
2. Develop compliance trainings modules (e.g., data privacy and completion etc.).
   • Work with internal stakeholders (HR, Head of Agencies) to rollout the training modules on learning management systems or manually via SharePoint.
   • Monitor training status completion.
   • Provide inputs to Quarterly Compliance Newsletters.
