Construction Manager/ Civil Engineering Manager - Competitive Pay

Job Requirement

• Manage projects in the construction industry, to ensure technical compliance, project quality, and on-time delivery.
• Manage communication and maintain good rapport with customers.
• Scheduling and manpower planning.
• Coordination with sub contractors and vendors.
• Strong project planning, organizing, monitoring, supervising and controlling.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Highly independent, client oriented and team player
• Able to work 6 days per week
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and excellent quality of work done.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of the project from initial planning until completion.
• Lead, plan and / or coordinate with the entire project team (internal / external) on activities concerned with the construction, facilities and systems towards the successful completion of the project.
• Good knowledge of construction standard operating procedures.

Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, in Engineering/ Civil engineering/ Construction
• Experience in Plant Piping Works, Steel & Tank Construction and Equipment Erection Work will be added advantage with high rise building
• Experienced in project management in the cranes/machinery/steel/construction industries.
• Client Landowner is from China due to the nature of the work Candidate Must be fluent in Mandarin (writing & speaking).
• Skills in project management soft wares will be an added advantage.
• Ability to travel.
