Construction Manager (Civil) - Residential project (Johor/KL) - Rewarding Work

Job Descriptions
- Manage on-site construction works, materials and document management
- Lead the team in planning, scheduling, conduction and coordinating the civil and structural works
- Ensure that on-site construction works are carried out according to local regulations and requirements, especially safety requirements.
- Manage project costing and complete the project within the budget
- Understand the drawing, design and liaise with consultant

Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma, bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Strong communication and planning skill
- At least 6 years of working experiences in the related field is required for this position
- Able to work independently
