Construction Manager (JB/KL) - Rewarding Work

岗位职责:

• 负责项目各项管理工作，对工程的质量、安全、进度、文明施工等进行全盘控制。
• 负责组织编制项目质量计划、施工组织设计，组织办理工程设计变更、预算调整、索赔等有关基础工作，配合公司做好验工计价工作。
• 重大安全方案的编制并组织重大安全事故的处理工作，定期组织项目安全检查，主持项目竣工验收。
• 负责项目资金的控制及运作，控制项目成本，定期组织项目成本的核算。
• 对图纸了解，需懂如何画图及对接顾问。

要求：

• 6年以上房地产建筑施工行业工作经验
• 较强的沟通协调能力
• 与相关政府部门保持良好的人际关系，具备一定的政府资源
• 懂华语优先

Job Descriptions:

• Manage on-site construction works, materials and document management
• Lead the team in planning, scheduling, conduction and coordinating the civil and structural works
• Ensure that on-site construction works are carried out according to local regulations and requirements, especially safety requirements.
• Manage project costing and complete the project within the budget
• Understand the drawing, design and liaise with consultant

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma, bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Strong communication and planning skill
• Required language: English , Mandarin
• At least 8 years of working experiences in the related field is required for this position
• Able to work independently
• Experienced candidates will be considered for Senior position
• Working Location: JB & KL
