CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - Urgent Hiring

Position Responsibilities and Duties:

• Planning and responsible for over all site activities and monitor progress closely. 
• Monitor and planning all necessary resources such as materials, manpower and equipment to achieve required schedule and completion dates. 
• Full time on site and attend all relevant meetings either with clients or wit his site team including safety tools box meeting. 
• To ensure respective department (Construction, QAQC, HSE and QS) perform their duties as assign.
• Ensure project team members adhere to company policies.
• Project cost control.
• Fully understand the scope of work of the project.
• Fully understand the contract document for the project.
• Report to top management on physical and financial progress of project.
• Liaise with client, main con, sub con, specialist and supplier for the project.
• Provide solution options to top management of necessary.  
• Coordinate with other management staff in different department within the Company.
• Able to resolve day to day site issues.

General requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
• Must possess a minimum of 10 years of construction management experience or comparable skills in a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally.
• Familiar with legal requirements and knowledgeable in environmental, safety and health practices.
• Strong team player and leadership character and able to work under pressure.
