Construction Quantity surveyor - Urgent Position

Responsibilities:

1. Construction Claim: Ability to manage and execute construction claims effectively.
2. Taking Off Drawing Skills: Proficient in taking off quantities from drawings for project planning and cost estimation.
3. Budget Control: Strong skills in controlling the construction budget to ensure financial efficiency.
4. Material Ordering: Experience in ordering construction materials as per project requirements.
5. Administrative Duties:

• To perform general secretarial and administrative functions and duties.
• To assist in ad-hoc issues / duties that assigned from time to time.
• Maintain proper filing and record keeping system to ensure the traceability of documents & update into System.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mails or correspondences, coordinate with office despatch on daily dutie.
• To perform and maintain basic budget data entry, projection and generate reports.
• Assist in property sales and project development admnistrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• Possess good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with all levels.
• Responsible and reliable, able to work independently, committed and meet deadlines.
• Computer literate and familiar in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Words, Outlook.
•  Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• Initiative with positive work attitude and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Fresh graduate is preferable.
• 5 days a week work.
