Position Summary
Responsible for representing the company at the AWS project site and managing daily construction activities to ensure safe, quality, and timely project execution. Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, materials, and equipment while monitoring progress, productivity, safety, and quality compliance. Support site reporting, testing, project handover, close-out activities, and provide technical support to the project team.
Main objectives
â¢Act as the dedicated Company site representative for the assigned AWS project site.
⢠Manage all day-to-day construction activities to ensure safe, quality, and timely execution.
⢠Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, AWS requirements, and Companyâs standards.
⢠Monitor productivity, safety, quality, and schedule performance for the assigned site.
⢠Support testing, turnover, and project completion activities.
⢠Assist in various ad-hoc jobsite requirements with technical support engineers..
Main Task
1 Manage and supervise daily construction activities at assigned project site.
2 Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, equipment, and material deployment.
3 Monitor progress, productivity, and schedule compliance.
4 Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
5 Prepare site checklist/ reports and attend coordination meetings.
6 Support project close-out and ad-hoc assignments.
Job requirement:
1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Construction Engineering.
2. Minimum 3 years of construction site experience..
3. Experience in industrial, utility, piping, or infrastructure projects.
4. Strong site coordination and supervision skills.
5. Able to work independently under demanding project schedules.
6. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
8. Fluent in written and spoken English..
Working hours:
Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
