Penerangan Pekerjaan - Consultant

As a Consultant specializing in Production, you will play a key role in helping manufacturing clients optimize their operations. You will leverage your in-depth understanding of production processes to analyse current practices, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of client production processes.

Analyse production data and identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize production planning, scheduling, and execution.

Assist clients in improving production quality and reducing waste.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.

Prepare and present project findings and recommendations to clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university in your respective country.

Proven experience working in a production department within a manufacturing company.

Strong knowledge of forecast management, production planning, and production management and control.

Experience in production line process improvement.

Experience working in a consulting firm is preferred but not mandatory.
