Accountabilities
- Identify and assess national policies related to emerging technologies.
- Develop strategies to promote the adoption of technologies such as AI and IoT.
- Highlight gaps and opportunities in technology deployment within countries.
- Create and recommend national strategies to enhance digital transformation.
- Facilitate discussions and training sessions with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- University degree in ICT, engineering, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in emerging technologies and ICT policies.
- Proven track record in managing international assistance initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in report writing and presentation.
- Fluent in English at an advanced level.
