Min a relevant Bachelor’s degree with several years’ (3 - 5) of relevant work experience, preferably in professional services

Knowledge in the reward area required; preferred (but not necessary) experience in reward database building / reward surveys,

Exposure to process and project management activities.

Proven interpersonal skills, to establish effective relationships with colleagues cross Line of Businesses.

Numerate: able to understand, use, communicate and interpret statistical information.

Strong customer service focus.
