Responsibilities:
- Supervision of 10 – 15 Telesales, customer service and sales support
- Monitor productivity and campaign performance reports
- Provide guidance and support to clients post-sale
- Work closely with the customer services, product and marketing teams
- Conduct training classes by presenting company’s product usage
- Ensure team performance exceed sales target
- Provide consultancy to team member and support team member on problem solving.
- Advise client and approach marketing solution to property agent
- Review staff commission, performance and report to Sales Head
Requirements:
- Must be hungry, proactive, highly energetic, tenacious and independent
- 5 years and above in Telesales experience in a fast-paced environment and have team management skill
- Excellent interpersonal, team-working and presentation skills
- Willing to go the extra mile and (sometimes) work long hours
- Able to meet with clients Face-to-Face
- Fluency in English both spoken and written
- Basic understanding of Internet advertising is a plus
- Real estate, Internet or Media experience is a plus - but is not critical
- Ability to start work immediately is preferable
- Ability to speak and present in front of group audiences
