Content Coordinator

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As Content Coordinator, you coordinate CRM content across channels and ensure accurate setup and execution in marketing automation tools to deliver consistent, high-quality customer communication.

You will:

• Coordinate and manage content across CRM channels (Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp), ensuring alignment with planned campaigns and communication calendars
• Set up and execute CRM communications in marketing automation tools based on defined plans and existing content assets
• Manage copy and content quality, including writing, editing, and validating content across channels
• Coordinate translation and adaptation of content to ensure accuracy and consistency across markets
• Review and approve content outputs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and communication standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver smooth and timely campaign execution

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You’ll work closely with CRM, Marketing, and Customer Activation teams, collaborating with local and global stakeholders to deliver consistent and engaging customer communication.

This role will be reporting to the Marketing Manager.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people who…

• Have a degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Bring 3+ years of experience in content coordination or management, including copy editing and proofreading, preferably within the fashion industry
• Have strong language and copywriting skills, with attention to detail and quality
• Are comfortable using marketing tools and content platforms

• Structured and organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong communicators, fluent in English and at least one local language (Bahasa Melayu, Tagalog, or Vietnamese)
• Collaborative and proactive, working effectively across teams
• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency
