Content Creator - Growth-Minded Organization

You will be responsible for promoting and reviewing our company's product as well as answering any questions received from the customers. Furthermore, as a Social Media Content Creator, you will play a vital role in promoting our products and brand through engaging and compelling content on various social media platforms (Facebook / Instagram / TikTok/Shopee)

You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and informative content that resonates with our target audience, ultimately driving brand awareness and driving in sales. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote the company's product by doing TikTok/Instagram/Shopee Live.
• Develop and execute a content strategy for social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to drive engagement and growth.
• Create high-quality, visually appealing, and on-brand content, including images, videos, and captions.
• Shoot videos, edit and post them which also includes being in the videos and represent the company
• Collaborate with the sales team to align content with marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Stay up-to-date with trending and competitor activities to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and improve audience engagement.
• Assisting customers both online and offline

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate with prior experience or portfolio with content creation is an additional benefit.
• Candidate that possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field would be a plus point.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role is preferable.
• Person with experience and passion for TikTok and content creation.
• Person who enjoys being in front of the camera.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English. (Mandarin additional)
• Creative thinker with an eye for design and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
