Job Description: 
As a Content Marketing Executive at IGBIS, you will play a key role in promoting our school's mission, values, and programs through compelling and engaging content across various channels. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute content strategies to attract prospective students, engage current families, and build brand awareness.

Responsibilities: 

• Create diverse content across multiple platforms, including written articles, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, videos, and interactive multimedia. 
• Develop content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of content aligned with marketing campaigns and initiatives. 
• Conceptualize and produce engaging video content, including promotional videos, interviews, testimonials, and educational content for YouTube, Instagram, and other video platforms. 
• Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visual assets for various content formats, including infographics, presentations, and interactive web content.
• Manage social media platforms and engage with the online community to enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and foster meaningful conversations.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to track effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, educational best practices, and digital marketing innovations to continuously improve content strategies and tactics.
• Assist in the assigned physical and online event and marketing planning and implementation of the School. 
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements: 

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. 
• Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content types and formats. 
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, social media platforms, and digital analytics. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for writing in English.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts for content that resonates with target audiences. 
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work at Sierramas, Sungai Buloh.
