Job Description

Position Responsibilities Social Media Expertise:

• Actively use and possess in-depth knowledge of social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu.

Reporting and Insights:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of content across various platforms to optimize engagement and reach.

Budget Management:

• Oversee budgets related to Content activities, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of expenses.

Content Creation:

• Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to each social media platform’s unique audience and format. You would be comfortable and have experience in front of a camera as a talent for short clips.

Audience Engagement:

• Foster and maintain active engagement with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly.

Strategic Content Planning:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand objectives.

Trend Spotting:

• Identify emerging trends on social media and implement relevant content strategies within a one-week turnaround time.

Production Experience:

• Participate in production shoots, understanding how to storyboard and craft compelling stories that resonate with the target audience.

Email Marketing:

• Understand email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailerlite and strategically schedule relevant email blasts to targeted segments.

SEO Knowledge:

• Utilize basic SEO principles to enhance the visibility and discoverability of content across platforms.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG or any smiliar field
• Deep understanding of the social media landscape and audience behaviours
• Exceptional research and storyboarding skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken in English & Bahasa
• Able to work in a fast-paced and high-intensity work environment
