Contract Executive

Responsibilities:

• To assists the Contract Manager to carry out pre-contract and post- contract activities
• To forecast the cost of the different material needed for the project
• Carry Out measurement or taking off for sub-contractor claim and preparation on progress claim to client
• To track changes on the design or construction work and adjust budget projection accordingly
• To prepare monthly sub-contractor's certificate
• To liaise with consultant and project site team
• To select and source for construction materials
• To undertake other duties and responsibilities as instructed by superior
• To Prepare Final Account with sub-contractor and Consultant QS

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in quantity surveying or related field
• Preferably with more than 1 years of experience in similar capacity but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to take-off quantities and prepare cost estimates and budgets
• Basic knowledge in contractual matters
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply
