Contract Executive (QS)

We are looking for Contract Executive (QS) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the superior to carry out pre- and post-contract activities, prepare monthly progress claims and site valuation.

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare monthly progress claims to main-contractor and follow up until issuance of certificate.
• Prepare work order and/or Letter of Award to sub-contractor including sourcing quotation, analyzing and prepare cost comparison analysis.
• Monitor and review payment certificates, variation orders and cost estimation.
• To take-off quantity from drawings and prepare bill of quantities.
• Liaison with site personnel and purchasing for materials requisition, compiling project tender submission.
• Prepare and complete of Final Account.
• Prepare quotation when require and follow up on confirmation.
• Attend and participate site meetings.
• To undertake any new task assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building/Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in related field.
• Sound knowledge in Quantity Survey functions.
• Computer literacy - MS Word, Excel, Outlook and AutoCad etc.
• Must be able to communicate, read and write in English and Mandarin.
• Willing to learn.
• Strong communication skills, analytical skills and having good time management.
