SCOPE OF SERVICES:

1.    Support the Team Leader in executing daily Smart Meter operations in compliance with PPG and SOP guidelines.
2.    Manage equipment, tools, and vehicles for daily use, ensuring proper safekeeping after operations.
3.    Maintain error-free updates in SAP & Seal Management System via MMMS or manual MIF.
4.    Ensure timely submission of replaced meters and manual MIF to the office daily.
5.    Organize and store case files, reports, photographs, maps, and related documents in the assigned portal.
6.    Participate in Execution Action for difficult or inaccessible customers as needed.

THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):

•    Able to interact and respond to customers’ enquiries and complaints in professional manner and effectively.
•    Able to detect technical abnormalities at site e.g. meter tampering alarms, meter faulty & etc and perform necessary actions including with other relevant departments i.e. Meters, Distribution and ensure compliance to all safety standars, SOPs and applicable laws & regulations.
•    Able to stay consistent in achieving the targeted number of installations per day despite facing challenges such as but not limited to harsh weather, access issues and aggressive or uncooperative customers.
•    Able to demonstrate a cooperative and proactive attitude in a team-oriented environment.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

•    Polytechnic Certificate (Electrical) or SEB Training School Certificate (Electrical) or equivalent.
•    Certified competent in Wireman Grade 2
•    Certified competent in Wireman Grade 1 will be an advantage.
•    Relevant technical experience on electrical wiring system, meter testing and meter installation are added advantages.
•    Able to utilize various systems i.e. SAP, Seals Management System, MMMS, Microsoft, Teams, ECM & etc to execute daily tasks efficiently and effectively.
•    Competent to utilize necessary tools and equipment provided e.g. meter test set, clamp-on meter, camera, tablet & etc to perform site duty; at the same time maintaining the tools & equipment in good & safe condition.
