SCOPE OF SERVICES:
1. System Monitoring & Issue Resolution
• Oversee smart meter communication using HES, MDMS, billing, and device management systems.
• Detect and address tampering and abnormalities.
2. Customer Engagement
• Support customer outreach events to promote smart meter adoption.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints related to smart meter operations.
3. Data Management & Reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly smart meter installation reports.
• Conduct root cause analysis and identify trends for operational improvements.
4. Project Coordination & Support
• Facilitate communication between the operation center and key departments (Revenue Protection, Distribution, ICT, Customer Service).
• Assist in scheduling meter replacements with the Billing unit.
5. Procurement planning:
• Coordinate procurement planning processes, ensuring all purchases were conducted in compliance with the company’s procurement policies.
6. Process and Policy Implementation Support:
• Prepared memos and internal circulars to communicate new processes and policies related to smart meter installation.
• Support implementation of new systems, processes, or technologies related to smart metering.

• High learning agility when there are new procedures, with implementation of new products by SEB.

• Staying alert and be responsive towards any crisis that can cause negative impact to company by making suitable decisions to resolve the arising crisis immediately.
• Keeping track of multiple tasks and priorities at the same time.
QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• Experience in utility, metering, customer service, scheduling, or project coordination is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
• Able to interact and respond to enquiries and complaints in professional manner and effectively.
• Familiar with SAP - CCS Module, MM Module & etc.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, see all sides of an issue will make me a great asset to the Unit/Department/Company.
• Knowledge in ZMAARTS such as arrears computation, type of tempering and able analyse case paper.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team, proactive and self-confident, self-motivated, positive attitude, flexible and responsive to any changes.
