CONTRACTS EXECUTIVE

• To be involved in all pre & post contract works.
• Prepare cost estimation/ analysis, the summary of contract and project budget.
• Preparation, calling and evaluation of tenderers and valuation of variation orders.
• Negotiates with subcontractors/suppliers on the building and material cost.
• To process consultants/ subcontractors claims pertaining to project matters.

Requirement:

• Min bachelor degree in quantity surveying or related fields.
• 1-4 years experience in fast-track construction project such as data centers, semiconductor factories and warehouses.
• Possess good knowledge in taking-off, site-measurement, costing and tender preparation, evaluation of claims and finalization of accounts.
• Good negotiation and communications skill.
• Willing to be stationed at Johor Bahru, Johor.
