Job description & responsibilities:
- To handle SPA and to assist seniors in all conveyancing related works.
- Responsible for day-to-day administration filling and handle of all requested documentation
- To undertake any ad hoc task assigned by superior / management from time to time.
- To attend to calls and enquiries from purchasers, end-financiers and solicitors
- Other ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in any business studies or equivalent
- Preferable working experience in handling similar work task
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word and familiar with Property Development (would be added advantage).
- Diligent, self-motivated, responsible and willing to take on new challenges
- Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work well in a team
