Penerangan Pekerjaan - Conveyancing Clerk (Kerani Pemindahhakkan)

The Employer

Our Client is a leading and growing law firm that has consistently been ranked among the legal 500 in the Asia Pacific region. Based in the heart of the Kuala Lumpur commercial centre, they are now looking to hire a mature candidate for the role of a Conveyancing Clerk.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting in the preparation of legal documents related to the perfection/ discharge, subsales, loans, tenancy and related agreements

Liaising with clients and external parties/ stakeholders to facilitate transactions/ documentation as may be the case

Maintaining accurate and records of transactions, ensuring proper and easily retrievable yet secure filing

Assisting to ensure that transactions are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements

Assisting in background checks and compilation of relevant information on transactions as may be required

Providing any other administrative support as may be needed on a case by case basis

Requirements

Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience

Able to handle documentation process from initiation to completion

Good command of written and spoken English

Familiar with common prevailing office tools
