Coordinator, Sales (Contract) - Collaborative Environment

Qualifications & experience

• Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication skills. Able to communicate well both oral and written in English & Bahasa. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, adaptability, and proactive.
• Have good knowledge with sales processes and customer relationship management system can be advantageous.
• Computer literate especially in MS Office applications (Excel).

Tasks & responsibilities

• To analyse achieve sales target allocated by AVP I – Sales
• To service specific market segments as designated.
• To ensure quotations and customer queries are promptly prepared and sent.
• To ensure ad-hoc and monthly reports requested by the AVP I – Sales & Marketing are meticulously prepared and submitted on time.
• To be thoroughly familiar with the products and services offered by the company and analyzing trends that impact company.
• To be always pleasant and polite with customer and staff.
• To initiate a complete profile of each client and their contribution towards the company.
• To ensure customer’s designation, contact particulars and logistic data are constantly updated.
• To establish and maintaining a good working relationship with all staff within the company.
• To maintain a high level of awareness and involvement in all projects concerning the sales and marketing department.
