Corporate Communication/Marketing Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Support the creation and writing of communication materials for internal stakeholders, including but not limited to The Hub (internal communications portal) updates, LinkedIn post captions, festive greetings and monthly regional (written and townhalls, when applicable) activity updates and presentations.
• Liaise with regional investors/importers for the follow-up of PR materials covering upcoming brand activities and product launches i.e. press releases, media Q&A, event itinerary and information for executive briefs, and PR reports.
• Review and consolidate post-event or post-initiative PR reports shared by investors/importers.
• Circulate announcements and updates for both internal and external stakeholders via the Asean Communications email; including but not limited to monthly activity updates, festive greetings from COO, and townhall invitations.
• Assist in the coordination of internal communication activities including quarterly townhalls for employees

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 13 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or internal communications.
• Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms
• Strong copywriting and editing skills for diverse communication materials
