Corporate Finance Manager

Job Overview:

This role sits at the core of the organization's capital and strategic growth function, supporting initiatives that drive funding, corporate expansion, and long-term value creation, supporting initiatives that drive funding, corporate expansion, and long-term value creation.

The position provides exposure to high-impact corporate finance activities, including fundraising, banking relationships, and strategic transactions such as M&A and IPO-related exercises. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders including banks, investors, and professional advisors.

What You Will Do:

• Support and drive capital raising initiatives across debt and equity markets, from sourcing opportunities to execution
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, institutional investors, and financial partners
• Assist in structuring, negotiating, and executing financing and funding arrangements aligned with business needs
• Manage and monitor banking facilities, including drawdowns, repayments, covenant compliance, and utilization tracking
• Support execution of strategic corporate exercises, including IPO preparation, M&A, investments, and capital market transactions
• Develop financial models, valuations, and investment analysis to support decision-making and transaction structuring
• Prepare board papers, investment proposals, and financial reports for senior management and decision-making bodies
• Coordinate with external advisors such as legal, audit, tax, and investment banking teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and internal controls throughout all activities

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• Background in corporate finance, investment banking, capital markets, or related fields
• Experience in fundraising, banking facilities, or transaction execution
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Exposure to IPO, M&A, or capital markets transactions is highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of financial structures and regulatory environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to perform in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
• Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and execution-focused
