RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Corporate Planning and Legal department to lead corporate strategy and planning to design, develop, implement and continuously update/refine company’s strategy.
- Responsible to proactively lead/participate in innovation initiatives to advance the company’s innovation agenda, including articulating and developing innovation opportunities, aligned to the company’s goals, vision and mission.
- Secretariat to Management Committee.
- Work in partnership and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive change agenda.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB), admission to the Malaysian Bar (an advantage).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Well versed in Malaysia corporate law and regulations.
