Corporate Social Responsibility Manager - Rapid Progression

Job Description:

• Develop and execute the corporate social responsibility strategy aligned with organizational goals and values.
• Identify key areas of focus for CSR initiatives that reflect the company's commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community organizations, NGOs, and government agencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate CSR initiatives into business operations.
• Oversee the implementation of CSR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with established goals.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to support CSR projects.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs related to CSR activities.
• Foster a culture of volunteerism and social responsibility among employees.
• Prepare and communicate CSR reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure transparency and accountability in CSR activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards in all CSR activities.

Requirement: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Sustainability, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in CSR management, sustainability, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of social and environmental issues.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in CSR management or related roles.
• Experience in developing and implementing CSR strategies and initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
